General Questions
Yes! We work with a range of insurers, including Medicaid and local care organizations. We also accept private pay.
We recommend booking at least 24–48 hours in advance. However, we do our best to accommodate same-day urgent bookings.
All staff are trained in infection control, vehicles are cleaned between rides, and drivers are CPR and PASS-certified.
Absolutely. Space permitting, we welcome one companion per ride at no additional cost.
We operate 24/7, including holidays, for scheduled and emergency hospital discharges.
